Server Maintenance
There will be a short downtime tomorrow at around 12:00 PM to edit the cobbledollars shop at spawn to add exchanging CobbleDollars (CD) for emeralds so the exchange goes both ways and CD can be made standard on the server.
Summer Fest
Next week on Friday, August 29th 2025, we’ll be having a small event for a combination of my birthday and closing up the summer season. This event will have two parts.
- Catch & Match Tournament: participants will meet in Astoria Town where they will be given 20 safari balls to use for catching a team of 3 Pokemon in a limited time frame. No use of Pokemon mounts or legendary items to gain an unfair advantage. Once the time to catch runs out, participants will get 15 minutes to get to the arena in Ariseon Town for the tournament matches. The tournament will be a round robin to determine a winner. Winner gets a special shiny Murkrow and 32,000CD. All participants get a dusk stone and 10,000CD.
- Movie Night: We’ll be having a watch party where we’ll be watching a fun summer film as voted on by the community. The options are Pokemon the Movie 2000, Summer Wars, Lilo & Stitch, or Shark Tale. The last option will be done as a MST3000/rifftrax style watch where staff will be doing a comedic commentary over it.
Shiny Boost Weekend
I’d like to give a big thanks to Wire for donating 50 USD to support the server and redeeming the perk of a 2.5x shiny boost for 48 hours starting tomorrow, August 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM EST. With PayPal’s fees, we currently have a total of $60.82 in our rainy day fund.
